Yes! Like with an in-house designer, you'll work with the same Design Lead for all of your projects and build a relationship with them over time. Depending on the request, the design lead may engage design partners from time to time but will review and approve all deliverables before submitting to you.

Over time, your designer will become increasingly familiar with your brand, which will start to make completing projects super easy.

Once you sign up for a plan, you will be able to add as many requests to your design queue as you want. Requests will be worked on one by one. If you have signed up for The Contractor plan, your top two requests will be worked on at the same time.

The number of requests delivered in a month will depend on your plan, design scope and number of revisions.

There is no limit to the number of revisions for a specific design request. To make the most of your plan, we recommend having as little revisions as possible so we can get started on your next request. One way to achieve this is by creating clear and concise design requests.

The delivery time largely depends on the scope of the request. An estimate will be provided to you as soon as a request is submitted. For large requests (eg. branding, mobile app design, etc), we will break them down into smaller requests and provide individual estimates.

In our experience, a request can take anywhere from 4 hours to 4 working days to complete.

We’ve pretty versatile. You can request anything from a marketing collateral like a business card to a brand refresh or end-to-end mobile app design.

Having said that, we are more than just designers. We are experienced in creating and optimising product experiences and streamlining design workflows to maximise your business impact. Like with an in-house Design Lead, we can help drive team-wide impact through mentorship, fostering a culture of growth, experimentation and collaboration.

Once you get started with a plan, you will have access to your personal design board in Asana. Here you can add and prioritize design requests. We do provide a template for creating requests but you are free to do it the way that works for you.

Some common ways include sharing a Google Doc, or a Figma file, or recording a Loom video. As long the request is clear and well documented in Asana, it works!

Unfortunately, we currently do not cover the following design work:
→ Graphic-heavy visuals and illustrations
→ 3D modelling
→ Animation

However,  if you have simple requests, like creating an app prototype video or a basic icon set, we will try our best to help.

If you choose to cancel your plan after the 7-day period, there will be no refunds. However, you will be able to submit design requests till the end of the plan cycle.

Yes we do! Each of your designs are made exclusively for you. We will provide all the source files and original assets together with the final deliverables.
